I’ve been meaning to post this photo for a while. I took it when we went to the family land for Thanksgiving. After lunch we walked to Debra & Johnny’s place to visit all their animals. Maisa decided to share her desert with the donkey.
Oso is not sure that this is a fair split of the bed!! Especially because Max has his own crate next to that one… I guess he likes to snuggle! Such a sweetheart!
It snowed a bunch last night! I think Maisa and I are going to make a snowman later. Wish you were here—we could have a snowball fight!

I love this photo! I was just thinking about the trip we went on in the summer of 2007: mountain biking in the Redwood National Forest; hanging out in San Diego (the “Del”, the zoo and the Padres); lunch at American Girl Place in Los Angeles; and then … Hawaii! That was one of the best months of my life!
